We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused

Customer Care Executive

to join our

International Voice Process

team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling customer queries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction through professional and courteous communication.

No Targets

Resolve customer queries, complaints, and requests in a timely and efficient manner. Provide accurate information about products and services. Maintain a high level of professionalism and build a positive rapport with customers. Document customer interactions and maintain records of inquiries and complaints. Follow communication guidelines and standard operating procedures.

Education:

Minimum High School / Graduate in any discipline.

Experience:

0-3 years in an international voice process (Freshers with excellent communication skills can apply).

Skills:

Excellent verbal and written communication in

English

. Strong problem-solving and active listening skills. Ability to handle customer concerns with patience and professionalism.
