Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative (CSR). The CSR will handle incoming calls from customers, provide information, resolve issues, and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction. This position requires excellent communication skills, patience, and a commitment to delivering outstanding service.

Key Responsibilities:

Answer incoming calls promptly and professionally. Assist customers with inquiries, concerns, or complaints. Provide accurate information about products, services, and policies. Resolve customer issues effectively and escalate complex problems when necessary. Record and update customer information in the database. Follow call scripts and standard operating procedures. Maintain a high level of product knowledge to better assist customers. Meet individual and team performance targets (e.g., call handling time, customer satisfaction scores). Handle sensitive customer information with discretion and confidentiality. Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer issues are resolved.

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent; a degree is a plus. Previous experience in customer service or call center preferred. Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills. Proficient in using computers and CRM software. Ability to remain calm and courteous under pressure. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Flexible to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays if required.

Preferred Skills:

Bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus. Experience with call center telephony and technology.

Pay: ?11,448.06 - ?25,000.00 per month
