Position Overview:

We are looking for a friendly, empathetic, and solution-oriented Customer Service Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, handling inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive customer experience across all communication channels.

Key Responsibilities:



Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, or social media in a professional and timely manner Resolve product or service problems by clarifying customer complaints, determining the cause, and offering the best solution Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, transactions, feedback, and complaints Follow up with customers to ensure issues are resolved to their satisfaction Collaborate with internal teams (sales, technical, logistics, etc.) to provide accurate information and solutions Stay up-to-date with product knowledge, company policies, and system updates. Identify and report recurring customer issues or trends to help improve service and operations

Requirements:



High school diploma or equivalent; a degree is a plus Proven experience in a customer service or support role is preferred Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to stay calm under pressure and handle challenging situations with empathy Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail Proficient in using customer support tools and systems (CRM software, help desks, etc.) Willingness to work flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends, or holidays if required.
