Job Summary:



Ensure customer delight, manage relationships, and maintain a welcoming showroom ambiance. Provide exceptional shopping experiences, handle customer issues, and drive sales.

Key Responsibilities:



1. Customer Care

- Interact with customers to guide purchases

- Ensure after-sales service and customer satisfaction

- Inform customers about store schemes and promotions

- Assist customers in-store

2. Key Accounts Management

- Develop and maintain relationships with key accounts

- Resolve key account issues and ensure repeat business

3. Customer Relations Management

- Maintain and analyze customer databases

- Identify opportunities for customized services

- Analyze customer feedback to improve service levels

- Communicate customer preferences to merchandisers

4. Home Deliveries

- Develop and monitor home delivery systems

- Continuously improve delivery processes

5. Customer Complaints

- Handle customer complaints via phone and in-person

- Resolve customer issues efficiently

Supervision:



- Reports to Associate Store Operations Manager

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
