Job Overview

We are looking for a dedicated and versatile professional to join our team as a

Multi-Skilled Customer Support & Content Associate

. The ideal candidate should be comfortable handling customer communication, providing basic technical assistance, supporting customer retention efforts, and contributing to content creation at a beginner level.

Key Responsibilities

Handle customer interactions through telecalling, email, and messaging platforms in

English and Hindi.

Provide basic technical assistance and resolve customer queries efficiently. Support customer retention initiatives by maintaining positive and helpful communication. Assist in creating simple content (written/audio/video) under guidance. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth customer experience. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and feedback.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Proficiency in

English and Hindi (spoken and written).

Experience or willingness to work in

telecalling and customer support.

Basic understanding of technical troubleshooting or readiness to learn. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to multitask and adapt to different responsibilities.

Preferred (Added Advantage)

Knowledge of

Bhartiya culture

. Familiarity with

Sanatan Dharma

and its values. Interest in content creation (even at a beginner level).
