Position Overview

We are looking for motivated, English-speaking professionals who can work during U.S. hours (Night Shift IST) and assist our American clients with tax-related queries, documentation, and account support.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys client communication, values accuracy, and wants to grow with a global company.

Job Type:

In person location in Hyderabad(9 PM to 6 AM)

Shift: U.S. Time Zone (Night Shift)

Responsibilities:

Handle client calls, chats, and emails in fluent English. Assist with tax filing documentation, data entry, and client record updates. Coordinate with the U.S. team to ensure smooth tax filing processes. Maintain customer data securely (training provided). Provide excellent client support and timely responses.

Requirements:

Good English communication (spoken & written). Comfortable working U.S. shift hours. Basic computer skills (MS Office, Google Drive, etc.). Prior customer service or accounting experience preferred (not mandatory). Must be based in Hyderabad or nearby (for in-person ).

Salary & Benefits:

Salary: ₹15,000 - ?20,000 per month (based on experience)

2 Days Off per Month

Monday to Saturday (9Pm-6Am)
