Qualifications:
Bachelor's (Preferred).
Work experience (voice/chat/non-voice) (minimum 1 year or above) specifically in Sales Process/Customer service/BPO.
Excellent negotiation, customer service and sales skills.
Excellent phone etiquette and excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to multi-task, organizes, and prioritizes work.
Responsibilities:
Attending and addressing support/sales enquiries via phone, email and chat.
Maintaining high sales conversion of sales enquiries on Inbound/Outbound calls.
To gain product knowledge by handling support tasks before moving into sales.
Ensure highest level of customer satisfaction on support enquiries via inbound calls/chats.
Provide knowledgeable answers to questions about product, pricing and availability.
Troubleshooting customer issues and answering customer queries.
Work with internal departments to meet customer's needs.
Data entry in various platforms.
