Job Role & Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to potential customers

Explain insurance products clearly and professionally

Generate leads and convert them into sales

Maintain customer records and follow-up details

Achieve daily/weekly sales targets

Skills Required:

Good communication skills (Hindi/Marathi/English as needed)

Basic computer knowledge

Positive attitude & willingness to learn

Confidence and customer-handling ability
