Key Responsibilities

Handle inbound customer calls for the US Healthcare process Resolve customer queries with professionalism and accuracy Maintain call records and meet defined performance metrics Upsell or cross-sell relevant products and services when appropriate

Eligibility Criteria

12th pass or graduate (any stream) Excellent spoken English with neutral accent Clear voice and basic computer literacy Willing to work in night shifts (US timings) Minimum age: 18 years
