Course Advisor

to join our growing team. This is a ideal for individuals who are confident, target-driven, and eager to earn based on performance. You will be responsible for reaching out to potential clients, introducing our services, and converting leads into business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities



Make outbound calls to prospective clients and leads. Clearly explain company services and offerings. Understand client needs and recommend suitable solutions. Convert leads through effective communication and follow-up. Maintain detailed call logs, records, and updates using CRM tools. Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to achieve targets.

What We're Looking For



Excellent communication skills in

English

. Confident phone manner with strong interpersonal skills. Persuasive, convincing, and customer-focused approach. High energy, positive mindset, and

target-driven attitude

. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Freshers with strong communication skills are welcome

. Background in

Engineering, Oil & Gas, or Safety

is an advantage.
