Handle inbound and outbound calls for vehicle service follow-ups
Confirm customer service bookings and appointment reminders
Provide service updates and take customer feedback
Maintain call logs and customer interaction records
Coordinate with the service team for job status and delivery
Promote service offers and AMC packages when required
Requirements:
6 months to 2 years of experience in telecalling/customer support (Automobile industry preferred)
Good communication skills in Hindi, English, and the local language
Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, CRM entry)
Pleasant voice and positive attitude
