Job Title: Customer Care Executive

Key Responsibilities:



Handle inbound and outbound customer calls, emails, and chat inquiries professionally and promptly.

Provide accurate information regarding company products, services, and policies.

Identify customer needs, clarify information, and offer appropriate solutions or alternatives.

Resolve customer complaints with empathy and a solution-oriented approach.

Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM system.

Required Skills & Qualifications:



Qualification:

12th Pass or Graduate

Experience:

Freshers and Experienced candidate's welcome
