Handle inbound & outbound customer calls
Provide accurate information and resolve queries efficiently
Maintain customer records and update CRM/Excel sheets
Escalate unresolved issues to the concerned department

Required Skills & Qualifications:
Education:
Graduation (any stream) preferred
Strong verbal communication skills in English & Hindi
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office/Google Sheets)
Customer-oriented with a positive attitude
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
