Key Responsibilities:
Provide prompt and professional support to international clients via email, chat, and phone.
Address customer inquiries, troubleshoot issues, and provide accurate solutions.
Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and ensure follow-up when necessary.
Collaborate with internal teams to resolve client concerns efficiently.
Requirements:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (A+ level).
Previous experience in customer support or a client-facing role is a plus.
Comfortable working night shifts.
Ability to work independently and handle multiple client interactions efficiently.
Strong interpersonal skills and a client-focused approach.
