Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries and issues via multiple channels (phone, email, live chat, social media) in a professional, courteous, and timely manner.
- Listen actively to understand customer needs and concerns; provide accurate information and effective solutions for [products/services].
- Troubleshoot and resolve basic customer issues; escalate complex problems to senior support or relevant teams as needed.
- Guide customers on product usage, features, and troubleshooting steps; offer workarounds or alternatives when necessary.
