Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally.
Resolve customer queries and complaints within defined timelines.
Maintain accurate call logs and update customer records.
Provide information about products, services, and company policies.
Escalate complex issues to higher support teams when required.
Ensure customer satisfaction and meet support performance targets.
Required Qualifications
Graduate/Undergraduate with
0-2 years of experience
in customer support or call center (freshers with good communication skills may also apply).
Excellent verbal communication skills in
English & Hindi

Good listening skills, patience, and problem-solving ability.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools preferred).
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
