Job Summary

We are looking for a polite, responsible, and customer-friendly CRE (Female) to work in our textile shop. The candidate should assist customers, manage the sales floor, and support daily operations.

Key Responsibilities

Greet and assist customers in the shop. Understand customer needs and show suitable products. Explain fabric types, prices, and uses. Assist in opening product bundles. Help customers choose products and provide suggestions. Measure and cut fabric if needed. Handle billing and receipts (if required). Pack items neatly after purchase. Restock and arrange fabric displays regularly. Clean and organize racks and shop floor. Follow shop rules, dress code, and timings. Report stock shortages and customer feedback to management.

Floor Manager Duties

She should be in charge of the floor. Supervise and support the sales team on the floor. Keep the shop floor clean, well-stocked, and organized. Handle and resolve customer issues professionally. Assign tasks and coordinate work schedules. Ensure product displays are neat and attractive. Monitor inventory and alert the purchasing team when items are low. Train new staff and assist team members as needed. Make sure staff follow company rules and are punctual. Report daily activities to the HR or Division Manager.

Requirements

Minimum qualification: Plus Two. Basic reading and speaking skills. Good communication and a friendly attitude. Honest, responsible, and punctual. Willingness to stand for long hours. Experience in retail or textiles is an added advantage.
