Manage and oversee the Reels department operations
Take client requirements over calls/WhatsApp and brief editors clearly
Coordinate with video editors for timely reel creation and revisions
Handle client social media accounts on Instagram/Facebook
Upload reels and designs with proper captions, hashtags, and basic keywords
Plan posting schedules and ensure regular content flow
Follow up with editors and clients for approvals
Maintain content calendar and basic reporting of uploads
Ensure brand guidelines are followed for each client
Track reel performance and suggest basic improvements
Handle minor client queries related to reels and posts
Coordinate with the design team when required
Skills Required:
Good communication and coordination skills
Basic understanding of Instagram reels and trends
Organized and detail-oriented
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
