About the Role

We are looking for a

Customer Service Representative to join our

Airline Process team

In this role, you'll be the voice of the airline--assisting customers over the phone with their

travel-related inquiries, bookings, cancellations, and changes

, ensuring every interaction is smooth, efficient, and memorable.

Key Responsibilities

Handle

customer inquiries

and resolve issues efficiently and accurately.

Provide

timely and precise information

to customers.

Process

bookings, modifications, and cancellations

Maintain detailed and accurate

customer records

Deliver

exceptional customer service

and contribute to overall customer satisfaction.

Who We're Looking For

Minimum

Bachelor's degree / Undergraduate (any stream)

.

Prior customer service experience

(BPO or similar) preferred.

Excellent verbal communication

and interpersonal skills.

Strong ability to

handle queries and complaints professionally

Proficient computer skills

and good

typing speed

.

Strong

call handling etiquette

and customer-first mindset.
