7) Keep accuracy while maintaining customer inquiries, interactions & bank details. 8)Ability to establish a positive rapport with clients in person or via call by knowing them upcoming deals.
Skills:
1) Minimum Bachelor's or Masters required with specialization of communication or related field preferable.
2) Relevant experience in a customer support or related role, showcasing your ability to handle customer inquiries and resolve issues effectively.
