Key Responsibilities
Manage inbound and outbound customer interactions related to service inquiries and renewals.
Provide exceptional customer service, addressing client needs efficiently and professionally.
Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions and renewal statuses.
Collaborate with team members to meet and exceed customer satisfaction and renewal targets.
Requirements
Mandatory:
Excellent verbal communication skills in Hindi and Gujarati.
Minimum of 1 year of recent experience in a Customer Service or Renewals role.
Minimum educational qualification: Higher Secondary Certificate (HSC) passed.
Age range: 21-35 years.
Must be available for all interview rounds, which will be conducted virtually.
Candidates must be locally based in or near Ahmedabad (Bodakdev location).
Shift Timings
Candidates must be flexible to work one of the following fixed day shifts:
10:00 AM to 7:00 PM
12:00 PM to 9:00 PM
