We assist both domestic and international beauty brands in launching products globally by ensuring safety, compliance, and smooth documentation processes. Currently, we are expanding in India and we are looking for a confident communicator and an organised professional to be our voice and support for clients
What You Will Do
Manage customer communication via phone, email, WhatsApp and video calls
Maintain Excel & CRM trackers, follow-ups and reporting to incoming queries as well as current clients
Coordinate with internal global teams for project completion
Support new client onboarding and provide ongoing guidance
Travel occasionally alone and with management for client visits, audits, exhibitions and meetings
Represent us with professionalism and ownership with clear communication
Create and help manage social events representing us at the highest standard
What We're Looking For
Fluent in English & Hindi (other Indian & International languages are a plus!)
Experience in customer support/client servicing/coordination
Strong skills in Excel, Google Sheets and documentation
Confident speaking on the phone and interacting with stakeholders
Self-driven, reliable, fast, organised and detail-oriented
Comfortable travelling when required
Bonus if you've worked in beauty, pharma or service consulting -- but not mandatory.
