: US Rotational Shifts (8hours working + 1 hour break)

: 5 Days a Week (2 Rotational Offs)

about the Role

We are hiring

experienced Customer Service Professionals

for an

international voice process

. You will support

US-based customers

, handling queries with accuracy, professionalism, and timely resolutions.

Key Responsibilities

Answer inbound calls and assist

UHC members and providers

. Provide support on

claims, eligibility, benefits, and authorizations

. Ensure every interaction reflects

empathy, accuracy, and compliance

. Achieve performance targets for

CSAT, AHT, and quality.

Escalate complex cases to appropriate departments when required.

Eligibility

:

HSC with minimum 06 Months of BPO Experience or Graduate Fresher

.

Excellent communication skills

in English. Ability to work in

US rotational shifts

and

Night shifts

. Must be

okay to travel

and have

no career gaps

. Must have

all documents

in place (ID proof, educational certificates and company documents).
