: US Rotational Shifts (8hours working + 1 hour break)

: 5 Days a Week (2 Rotational Offs)

We are hiring experienced

Customer Service Professional

for a

voice-based process

. You will assist international customers, primarily from the US, and handle customer inquiries and issues via Calls .The role requires working in

night shifts

and flexibility for

rotational shifts

.

Key Responsibilities

:

Handle inbound customer queries and resolve issues via voice communication. Provide excellent customer service while maintaining high-quality standards. Ensure timely and effective resolution of customer concerns. Maintain call documentation and meet KPIs (response time, customer satisfaction, etc.).

Eligibility

:

HSC or Graduate Fresher

with can apply

Excellent communication skills

in English. Ability to work in

US rotational shifts

and

night shifts

. (5:30pm to 6:30am) Any 9hours. Must be

okay to travel

and have

no bank defaulters.

No absconding

from any previous company. Must have

all documents

in place (ID proof, educational certificates and company documents).
