About the role This is a new global role that covers all Markets and Shared service centres that run Order To Cash on SAP. This is over 80 countries and 4 Shared Service Centres – some with satellite offices. The role must understand local Market requirements and blend these with global standards.
We will need someone who will carry out process analysis and investigation to provide information to the SME’s in support of business cases or to assist in resolving process execution issues. The role will act as a “Pragmatic” guardian of our Commercial Experience division, for local SAP changes and projects, assessing process and organisational changes to ensure they are aligned to strategy and deliver the maximum benefit possible to evaluate and approve changes to local process documentation.
The role will rapidly assess local change impacts to the business processes and to the supporting Organisation to provide feedback on the impacts and benefits of the change. The Customer Service Process Expert will ensure all documentation is kept up to date and all decisions are documented while being compliant with internal controls.
