Rebel Foods (parent company of Faasos), our 8-year-old startup, commonly known for its larger brands - Faasos, Behrouz Biryani, Oven story, and Mandarin Oak is disrupting the food delivery business by building and running the largest chain of internet restaurants, globally. About part time job/internship

Selected intern\'s day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Handle customer queries via phone, email, and chat
2. Resolve customer issues in a timely & efficient manner
3. Escalate issues to the appropriate team as needed

Skills & Requirements:

1. Proven customer support experience or experience as a client service representative
2. Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
3. Familiarity with CRM systems and practices
4. Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
5. Excellent English communication, presentation skills, and listening skills
6. Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
7. 0-4 years of experience candidates can apply
8. English is mandatory
9. Should be a graduate
10. Good typing skills
11. Should have worked in voice process 24/7
12. Rotational shifts (including night shifts)

Additional Information

Stipend structure: This is a performance-based internship. In addition to the minimum-assured stipend, you will also be paid a performance-linked incentive (9 5000 per performance).
