Core Responsibilities:



Responding to Customer Queries

Handle incoming calls, emails, chats, or social media inquiries. Provide accurate information about products/services.

Issue Resolution

Resolve product or service issues quickly and efficiently. Escalate complex problems to the appropriate department or senior support.

Customer Relationship Management (CRM)

Record customer interactions in CRM tools. Maintain and update customer account information.

Follow-Up

Ensure follow-up with customers until their issues are fully resolved. Collect feedback post-resolution to gauge satisfaction.

Complaint Handling

Listen to customer concerns empathetically. De-escalate angry or upset customers professionally.

Order and Billing Support

Assist with placing orders, tracking shipments, or explaining invoices. Help customers with cancellations, returns, or refunds.

Product Knowledge

Stay updated on all company offerings. Explain product features, compatibility, and benefits to customers.

Cross-Selling and Upselling (if applicable)

Suggest additional products/services that may benefit the customer. Promote loyalty programs or offers.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
