We are hiring for Customer Service-Operations for Gurgaon location :

Capable of handling customer service / damage requests.
Scrutinize estimates and provide approvals for service & repairs to workshop and follow till it gets ready.
Coordinate with insurance Co. & workshop for accident management.
Provide Customers with technical information for the upkeep of the vehicle.
To proactively design measures / processes to enhance Customer experience.
Ensure coordination between all departments in regard to payment of invoices to dealers.
Responsible for maintaining healthy relationship with vendors.
To ensure approval cost well within the budgets.
To actively participate with team in projects.
