Job Description

Key Responsibilities



Act as the

primary point of contact

for clients, ensuring smooth communication and excellent customer service. Build and maintain

long-term client relationships

by understanding needs and delivering customised solutions. Prepare accurate

costings, budgets & proposals

for client requirements. Manage

vendor negotiations, contracts, and coordination

for seamless execution. Oversee smooth

handover from sales to execution

and ensure project delivery as per timelines. Resolve client issues/escalations effectively and maintain a high satisfaction rate. Support on-ground event operations including logistics, manpower, and quality control. Prepare

post-event reports and feedback analysis

for continuous improvement.

Requirements



5+ years of experience

in the Events & Exhibitions industry (Client Servicing + Operations). Strong expertise in

costing, budgeting, vendor management & client handling.

Excellent

communication, negotiation & problem-solving skills.

Ability to manage multiple projects/events under strict deadlines. Proven record of

client satisfaction, retention & event delivery.


Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
