  • Working in the Financial Crime Hub, you\xe2\x80\x99ll make sure that project deliverables remain on track and that operations are effectively engaged during change mobilisation
  • We\xe2\x80\x99ll look to you to analyse, assess and deliver projects, change initiatives and regulatory changes that could affect our systems and processes
  • This is an opportunity to manage complex internal and external stakeholder relationships, as you make sure that the delivery aligns with our customer and business needs

What you\'ll do

As a Customer Service & Operations Delivery Analyst, you\xe2\x80\x99ll be analysing and interpreting how changes to our business operating model will impact existing procedures. Alongside this, you\'ll be understanding our customers\' behaviour and making risk-based decisions. You\xe2\x80\x99ll be providing recommendations and your expertise to a bank-wide stakeholder network and you\xe2\x80\x99ll be acting as an internal consultant to enable effective standards, processes and controls. Day-to-day you\xe2\x80\x99ll be:
  • Facilitating the development of new ideas and supporting the project management of your initiatives and change projects
  • Understanding potential changes and translating these into business processes to establish the changes or improvements needed
  • Producing relevant policy-related reports and MI and gathering and maintaining business critical MI to meet our assurance and compliance objectives
  • Providing an analysis of our performance against our targets, identifying where improvements can be made

The skills you\'ll need

We\'ll need you to have experience of working in a financial crime or data and analytics environment, influencing skills and the ability to present complex data analysis in a clear and concise manner to gain buy-in from stakeholders. Alongside this, you\'ll need knowledge of SQL, Excel and common banking products and how they\'re used and an understanding of how to manage action plans that address operational risk. Experience of Tableau and Power BI would be advantageous. In addition, you\xe2\x80\x99ll need:
  • An awareness of technology governance
  • Experience of using business analysis tools and methodologies
  • The ability to develop business and technical solutions and an understanding of data analysis tools and methodologies
  • A good knowledge of process management and products relating to your business area
  • An understanding of the customer product and service proposition
