Job Description

We are looking for a customer Care Officer for our Aluva and Paravoor Showrooms.

Role and Responsibilities

Customer Interaction:

Greeting customers, listening to their concerns, and explaining service options in a clear and understandable manner.

Vehicle Assessment:

Evaluating vehicles, potentially through test drives, to identify problems and determine the necessary repairs.

Service Recommendations:

Making informed recommendations based on the vehicle's needs, considering customer budgets and preferences.

Work Order Management:

Creating detailed work orders that outline the required repairs and their estimated costs.

Communication:

Liaising between customers and technicians, ensuring that the technicians understand the customer's concerns and the scope of the work.

Customer Satisfaction:

Addressing customer concerns, following up on completed services, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
