Customer Care Executive
to join our team. The ideal candidate will handle customer inquiries via calls, emails, or chats, ensuring a positive experience and effective resolution of issues.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle inbound/outbound customer calls or chats professionally.
Resolve customer queries, complaints, and requests promptly.
Maintain accurate customer records in the system.
Provide product/service information and support customers with updates.
Ensure high customer satisfaction through quality communication.
Work with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex issues.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
