Handle inbound and outbound customer calls politely and professionally.
Provide information on services, bookings, complaints, and follow-ups.
Maintain customer records and update service status in the system.
Coordinate with sales/service teams for job updates and customer requirements.
Prepare daily reports and share them with management.
Assist in basic office administration and customer support tasks.
Requirements:
Any degree with 0-3 years of experience in customer service or telecalling.
Good communication skills in Tamil & English.
Basic computer knowledge (Excel, Email, WhatsApp).
Pleasant personality, good listening skills, and customer-friendly attitude.
Ability to handle customer queries calmly and professionally.
