Job Description

Call and follow up on leads received from Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram). Understand the customer's needs (furniture type, budget, size, design preference). Share product details, offers, and showroom information. Convince customers to visit the showroom or book furniture orders online. Maintain accurate records of all calls, responses, and conversions. Coordinate with the sales team for appointments and follow-ups. Report daily on lead status, including hot, warm, and cold leads. Provide feedback on lead quality to the marketing team. Excellent verbal communication in [English/Tamil/Hindi/Regional Language.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
