Position: Customer Support Executive
Location: Chennai
Shift: Rotational Shift (No Night Shift For Female)
Work Days: 6 days/week, Sunday OFF (fixed)
Experience: Minimum 3 to 11 Months
Education: Graduation mandatory
Age: Below 30 years
Key Responsibilities:
Make inbound/outbound calls
Follow call scripts, handle queries, and guide customers
Maintain call documentation, MIS reporting
Escalate unresolved issues and ensure adherence to quality standards
? Eligibility & Skills:
Bachelor's degree (any discipline)
Good communication in English (Any Regional Languages)
Age under 30

Salary range: ₹16,000 - ?20,000/month
