who will be the first point of contact for clients, ensuring smooth communication, issue resolution, and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
Act as the primary contact for all customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person.
Handle order updates, complaints, and service-related queries with professionalism.
Coordinate with the sales, service, and technical teams to ensure timely resolution of issues.
Track and follow up on service calls, installations, and maintenance schedules.
Maintain accurate customer records and update CRM systems.
Prepare reports on customer interactions and feedback for continuous improvement.
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to enhance loyalty and trust.
