We are looking for experienced and customer-focused professionals to handle inbound calls for an Australian Vehicle Insurance process. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, strong problem-solving abilities, and a customer-first approach.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle inbound customer calls related to vehicle insurance inquiries, renewals, and claims.
Provide accurate information and solutions in a professional and courteous manner.
Ensure adherence to process SLAs and compliance requirements.
Maintain detailed and accurate call logs and customer records.
Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of international calling experience (preferably in customer service or insurance domain).
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
Should have a personal computer/laptop, good quality headset, and stable internet connection.
Ability to work in Australian rotational shifts.
Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
Salary:
?23,000 - ?28,000 per month (based on experience and performance)
