About the Role:

We are looking for a

Customer Service Officer

with a strong focus on

aggressive sales

and client relationship building. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling customer interactions, driving conversions, and achieving sales targets while delivering excellent service.

Key Responsibilities:

Engage with potential and existing customers via calls, emails, and in-person meetings. Aggressively pitch products/services to achieve and exceed sales targets. Build and maintain strong client relationships for repeat business. Handle customer queries with smart and effective communication. Maintain records of sales activities and customer interactions.

Requirements:

Proven experience in

sales-driven customer service

roles. Excellent

communication and persuasion skills

. Ability to work in a target-driven environment. Self-motivated with a results-oriented approach. Based in or willing to relocate to

Mohali

.
