Eligibility Criteria:

Education: Graduate candidates only (Freshers & Experienced both can apply) Good communication skills in English and Hindi Basic computer knowledge required
Roles & Responsibilities:

Handle inbound and outbound calls/chats in a professional and courteous manner Assist customers with queries, complaints, and service-related issues Provide accurate and timely information to ensure customer satisfaction Maintain records of customer interactions in the system accurately Escalate unresolved concerns to the relevant department promptly Meet daily/weekly performance targets and follow company guidelines
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹24,000.00 per month
