Roles & Responsibilities:
Handle inbound and outbound calls/chats in a professional and courteous manner
Assist customers with queries, complaints, and service-related issues
Provide accurate and timely information to ensure customer satisfaction
Maintain records of customer interactions in the system accurately
Escalate unresolved concerns to the relevant department promptly
Meet daily/weekly performance targets and follow company guidelines
