Job Description

We are seeking a

Customer Service Executive

to join our team. The ideal candidate will be customer-focused, proactive, and skilled in problem-solving. As a Customer Service Executive, you will be the first point of contact for customers, ensuring their inquiries are handled professionally, efficiently, and to their satisfaction. You will play a critical role in maintaining positive customer relationships and representing the brand in the best possible way.

Key Responsibilities:



Respond to customer inquiries

via phone, email, chat, and social media, providing accurate information in a timely manner

Resolve customer complaints

or issues with empathy, professionalism, and efficiency Process

orders

exchanges

accurately Provide product or service information, including details about features, pricing, and availability

Track customer feedback

and suggest improvements to enhance service delivery Assist in

order processing

, coordinating with relevant departments (e.g., sales, logistics) to ensure timely delivery Maintain customer records in the

CRM system

, updating personal information and order details as necessary Ensure customers are fully informed of the

status of their orders

or service requests

Escalate issues

to senior staff or department heads when necessary Contribute to a

positive customer experience

Document customer interactions

and issues in the system for future reference and analysis Assist in preparing

customer reports

Skills & Qualifications:



Excellent communication skills

, both verbal and written, with the ability to explain technical information clearly

Strong problem-solving skills

and the ability to think on your feet Ability to work well in a

as well as independently Familiarity with

CRM software

(e.g., Salesforce, Zendesk, Freshdesk) Strong organizational and multitasking skills to manage multiple customer inquiries at once High level of

attention to detail

and accuracy when processing orders and customer data

Patience

when handling difficult or irate customers Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment

Fluency in English
