Customer Service Officer

to own end-to-end order entry, coordination with customers/warehouses, and on-time dispatches. If you're detail-obsessed, responsive and comfortable with ERP workflows, this one is for you.

Responsibilities



Order Processing:

Create/validate sales orders, POs, and invoices in

Zoho ERP

; ensure tax codes/GST are correct; track TATs to dispatch.

Customer Coordination:

Acknowledge orders, share dispatch updates, resolve basic queries (SO/PO mismatch, documentation, copies of invoices).

Logistics/Handover:

Coordinate with warehouses and transporters for pick-ups, deliveries, LR/e-way bill, and OTIF performance.

Inventory & Docs:

Check stock availability, reservation, and back-order status; maintain error-free documentation.

Receivables Support:

Share SoA/backup docs and follow up on promised dates in sync with Finance (no collections target).

Internal Liaison:

Work closely with Sales for priorities/allocations; escalate exceptions early.
What success looks like (KRAs you can use in evaluation)

>99% order-entry accuracy

and

same-day order booking

(cut-off time based).

OTIF ? 95%

for the accounts handled.

Query TAT ? 24 hours

and

zero documentation defects

(GST/e-way bill).

Clean audit trail

in ERP for every order.
Must-have Qualifications

Graduate (Commerce/Science preferred).

1-3 years

in B2B order processing / inside sales / CS operations. Working knowledge of

GST basics

Hands-on with

Zoho ERP

(or any ERP),

Excel

, and professional email etiquette. Strong attention to detail and responsiveness.
Good to have

Exposure to basic

import logistics

and MS Word/PowerPoint. Experience in chemicals, coatings, or industrial B2B.
Location & Work Week

Thane (Mumbai)

; in-office. Work week per Optime policy; Saturday WFH (as applicable).
