You'll handle global customer queries over voice calls, assisting with service, billing, and technical concerns in a professional and friendly manner.

Key Responsibilities
Manage inbound customer calls related to account, billing, and service issues.
Resolve plan or activation concerns efficiently.
Accurately document all interactions in CRM tools.
Communicate clearly and courteously to deliver high customer satisfaction.
Coordinate with internal teams to resolve escalations smoothly.
Eligibility Criteria
Undergraduate / Graduate (any stream).
Minimum
12 months of International Voice BPO experience
required.
Maximum age:
44 years.
Excellent spoken English and strong problem-solving skills.
Comfortable working in
rotational night shifts (between 6 PM - 11 AM IST).
Candidates must currently reside
within the hiring zone
(no remote/nodal arrangements).
Compensation Details:
Candidates with
12-18 months of International Voice experience:
Annual CTC: Up to ₹4.5 LPA
In-hand during training: ₹30,915 per month
Post-training (including variable pay): ₹34,665 per month
Candidates with
18+ months of International Voice experience:
Annual CTC: Up to ₹5.0 LPA
In-hand during training: ₹34,350 per month
Post-training (including variable pay): ₹38,517 per month
