Customer Support Associates

for an

International Voice & Chat Process

with one of our leading global telecom clients.
You'll handle customer queries over calls and live chat, delivering professional, accurate, and friendly service to ensure complete satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

Handle inbound calls and chat from international customers. Provide quick, accurate resolutions related to services, billing, or account queries. Maintain professional communication and empathetic tone. Log and update all interactions accurately in the CRM system. Follow process guidelines, quality parameters, and compliance standards. Meet defined performance metrics such as quality, productivity, and CSAT.

Eligibility Criteria

Education:

Undergraduate / Graduate (any stream)

Experience:

Freshers and candidates with up to 12 months of international BPO experience are eligible.

Skills Required:

Excellent English communication (spoken & written). Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills. Basic computer proficiency and typing speed.

Other Requirements:

Comfortable with 24x7 rotational shifts (including night shifts & rotational week-offs). Must be

currently residing in Mumbai

(no relocation or remote options).

Compensation Structure

Annual CTC:

Up to ₹4.5 LPA

Training Period Pay:

?30,000 (in-hand during training)

Post-Training Pay:

?34,000 (including variable pay)

Additional Fixed Payout:

?5,000 per month

Incentives:

Up to ₹15,000 monthly floor incentives + performance-based PMI rewards

Note: Final compensation depends on assessment and communication proficiency.

Shifts & Work Schedule

5 days working, 2 rotational week-offs 24x7 rotational shifts (including night hours as per process) Work from Office - Mumbai
