Engage with potential customers over calls to explain

Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.

Demonstrate strong knowledge of
sales skills and customer relationship management

Participate in
mock calls
and operational training for sales performance.
Qualifications & Skills Required
Education:
Graduate (Full-time/Part-time).
Experience:
0-2+ years (Freshers welcome).
Excellent communication in
English & Hindi
.
Sales-oriented mindset with
persuasive communication skills
.
Knowledge of
customer service and quality parameters
.
Ability to confidently explain "What skills are required for sales" during interview.
Work Environment
Working Days:
5 days a week.
Week Off:
2 days (rotational).
Shift Timings:
Fixed shift, 9:30 AM - 7:00 PM.

Salary & Benefits
Fresher CTC:
?1.75 LPA (Approx. ?12,500 in-hand/month).
Experienced CTC (0-2+ years):
Up to ?2.50 LPA (Approx. ?18,000 in-hand/month).
