Job Description

Key Responsibilities



Manage incoming student inquiries through calls, WhatsApp, and emails with professionalism and clarity. Guide prospective students and their parents through our admissions process, providing detailed information about our courses and offerings. Conduct telecalling to follow up with leads, convert inquiries into enrollments, and meet monthly admission targets. Coordinate class schedules, student onboarding, and daily administrative tasks with teaching and operations teams. Maintain accurate, up-to-date records of student communication, admissions status, and feedback using our CRM software. Work collaboratively with the sales and marketing team to execute outreach campaigns and promotional activities. Handle student queries and concerns in a solution-oriented and empathetic manner, ensuring a smooth onboarding experience.

Required Skills



Proven experience in sales or telecalling, especially in education or training sectors. Strong verbal and written communication skills in English (additional local languages beneficial). High level of organization, attention to detail, and ability to multitask. Proficient with MS Office and CRM tools. Ability to meet targets and thrive in a results-driven environment. Positive attitude, approachable, and a genuine desire to help students succeed.

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
