Customer Care Executive
to handle customer queries, provide product/service information, and ensure a positive customer experience. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills and a problem-solving mindset.
Qualifications:
10th, 12th, Any Graduate / Diploma Pass can also apply
Freshers or candidates with customer support experience
Good verbal and written communication skills
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM systems)
Ability to work in shifts (if required)
Customer-oriented and positive attitude
Roles & Responsibilities:
Handle incoming and outgoing customer calls, emails, or chats
Respond to customer inquiries and resolve complaints professionally
Provide accurate information about products and services
Maintain customer records and update details in the system
Follow up with customers to ensure issue resolution
Escalate complex issues to the concerned department
Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction
Adhere to company policies and quality standards
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹7,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
