Customer Care Executive
to handle parent enquiries, provide accurate information about our services, and ensure excellent customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills and a caring attitude towards children and parents.
Qualification
10th, 12th, Any degree / Diploma
Freshers or experienced candidates are welcome
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, email, data entry)
Good communication skills in Tamil and English (preferred but not necessary)
Roles & Responsibilities
Handle incoming calls, messages, and walk-in enquiries from parents
Provide clear information about child care services, timings, and fees
Maintain parent and child records accurately
Follow up with enquiries and admissions
Address parent queries and concerns politely and professionally
Coordinate with internal staff and management
Maintain a positive and caring relationship with parents
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
Skills Required
Good verbal and listening skills
Polite, patient, and empathetic nature
Ability to handle parents and children with care
Organized and detail-oriented
Basic computer and record-keeping skills
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹7,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
