Role Description



This is a full-time on-site role for an E-commerce Customer Service Representative, located in Bengaluru. The responsibilities include addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues related to online orders, providing support via phone, email, or chat, and ensuring customer satisfaction and retention. The role requires working closely with the operations and sales teams to enhance the overall customer experience and resolve any service concerns efficiently.

Qualifications



Proficiency in Customer Support, Customer Service, and a focus on Customer Satisfaction Strong skills in Phone Etiquette and delivering excellent Customer Experience Effective communication and problem-solving abilities Ability to handle multiple tasks and work effectively under pressure Prior experience in e-commerce or retail customer service roles is an advantage Basic knowledge of e-commerce platforms and procedures Fluency in English and proficiency in local languages is desirable

Pay: ?11,035.79 - ?33,969.95 per month
