About the Role

We are looking for a

Kannada-speaking Female Customer Service Officer

to join our support team. The role involves handling

calls and messages from users

, understanding their queries or issues related to our

website and mobile application

, and providing effective solutions with a positive attitude.

Key Responsibilities

Attend incoming

user calls and messages

related to the app/website. Understand user issues (login, registration, payment, usage, etc.) and resolve them promptly. Guide users step-by-step in using the platform effectively. Escalate unresolved cases to the technical/support manager when required. Maintain polite, professional, and empathetic communication at all times. Document common issues and solutions for improving future support.

Requirements

Female candidate (Mandatory).

Kannada fluency

(spoken & written). Basic English/Hindi understanding will be an advantage. Good communication and listening skills. Patience and problem-solving attitude.

Freshers are welcome

- training will be provided. Must be comfortable working from office in Bangalore.
