Handle incoming calls, emails, and walk-in queries
Provide information about job openings, interview processes, and documentation
Coordinate with candidates and clients for interviews and follow-ups
Maintain candidate and client records accurately
Assist in onboarding and basic documentation process
Resolve queries professionally and ensure customer satisfaction
Support the operations and recruitment team as required
Eligibility Criteria:
Graduate / Undergraduate (any discipline)
Freshers and experienced candidates can apply
Good communication skills in Hindi and basic English
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, email, data entry)
Polite, professional, and customer-focused approach
